1. Introduction
Welcome to the "Xin Chuan" (hereinafter referred to as "Story Maker") software and related services! These services, provided by Beijing Xin Chuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates ("Company" or "we"), include but are not limited to products and services delivered via webpages, applications (including different versions), browser plugins, mini-programs, SDKs, APIs, and other innovative formats, with core functionalities such as "AI interactive dialogue." This Agreement governs your registration, login, and use of the software/services.
Before using our services, please read and fully understand this Agreement, **especially clauses on liability limitation, licensing, applicable law, and dispute resolution**. Key terms are bolded for emphasis. If you disagree, you may discontinue use. By proceeding, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement and related rules.

2. Services Overview
2.1 Eligibility
- Primary users are adults. Minors under 18 must review this Agreement with a guardian and obtain consent.
- Services leverage generative AI and other models to provide AI-generated content.
2.2 Content Disclaimer
- Outputs are **for reference only**, not professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial). Consult experts for critical decisions.
- Search results (if enabled) auto-pull third-party links. We do not endorse their accuracy or立场.
- You bear all risks from relying on outputs, including commercial use.
2.3 Health Consultations
- AI health advice is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis/treatment. Seek licensed practitioners for urgent issues.
2.4 AI Cloud Storage
- You are solely responsible for uploaded/shared content compliance with laws and third-party rights.
2.5 Third-Party Services
- Follow third-party terms when using linked services. We disclaim liability for external content.
2.6 Service Changes
- We may update, modify, or discontinue services without prior notice for security/improvement purposes.
2.7 License
- You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights reserved.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
- Core features (e.g., AI dialogue) require account login.
- Use lawful credentials and maintain security.
3.2 Account Deletion
- You may request deletion, but:
- Only your own account.
- Pre-deletion activities remain your responsibility.
- Data is irrecoverable post-deletion.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
- No impersonation, illegal content, or bulk registrations.
- Accounts are non-transferable without written consent.
3.4 Security
- Safeguard passwords/verification codes. Report unauthorized use immediately.
- Lost accounts may be recovered via identity verification but cannot guarantee rightful ownership.
3.5 Inactivity
- Accounts unused for 6+ months may be reclaimed after notification.
4. Privacy Protection
- We protect your personal data per our **Privacy Policy**, including rights to access, correct, or delete information. Encryption and anonymization are employed.
5. User Conduct Rules
5.1 Prohibited Actions
- No hacking, reverse engineering, spamming, or competing services development.
- No fraud, phishing, or privacy violations (e.g., collecting IDs, credit card numbers).
- No harmful content (e.g., hate speech, violence, misinformation).
5.2 Content Standards
- Posts must comply with laws and "Seven Bottom Lines" (public order, morality, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Your Inputs: You retain IP rights to uploaded content but grant us a global license for service optimization/promotion.
- Our IP: Software, logos, and proprietary content are owned by us. No unauthorized use (e.g., copying, trademark squatting).
- Outputs: We claim no ownership, but embedded Company IP remains ours.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- No Guarantees: Services are provided "as-is." We disclaim warranties for accuracy, uptime, or fitness for purpose.
- Indemnification: You cover losses from your breaches (e.g., lawsuits, fines).
- Force Majeure: Not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters, wars, etc.
8. Minor Users
- Under 18: Require guardian consent. Guardians assume liability for violations.
- Follow National Youth Network Civilization Convention (e.g., no cyberbullying, healthy habits).
9. General Terms
- Governing Law: PRC law applies. Disputes resolved in Haidian District, Beijing.
- Updates: Revised terms take effect upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance.
- Severability: Invalid clauses are replaced with lawful equivalents; rest remains binding.
